1. What kind of Payment you accept?

We accept Paypal, Credit Card, Western Union and Bank Transfer.

2. How much the courier freight will be?

The freight will depends on the Quantity, Weight, Carton Size and Your area. You can add products into your Cart to get the shipping cost.

3.What kind of packaging you offer?

Our items are always put in a OPP bag (only some of the items will with gift box), then packaged in a Express Bag or a Carton Box. If you have special requirements for packing, please contact us asap once you placed the order.

4. Do I have to pay VAT / Tax?

You don't need to pay any taxes when order from us, and for most of the countries, our customers do not need to pay importing fees, duties or VAT(Valued Additional Tax). However, for some limited countries (especially for some European countries such as Germany, Italy, UK and Canada,etc.) may need to pay duties or VAT according to your countries’ levying rules.

5. What should I do if I want to change the shipping address?

Please contact us, if the order has not been shipped, we will update the address. We cannot change the delivery address after the order be shipped.
